It is time that I convince you to start putting fruit into your guacamole. Now before you yell at me that I’m crazy, don’t knock it until you try it and let me explain! Though it may not be super traditional, adding fruit into your guacamole gives it the perfect sweet note that pairs beautifully with the creamy avocado, spicy jalapeño, and zing from the onion. Not only does it add incredible flavor but also lots of beautiful colors! In this recipe, I used both mango and strawberry, but I encourage you to try other fruits too!
