Homemade Dulce De Leche
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add in the can of sweetened condensed milk and bring to a simmer. Simmer for 2-3 hours, making sure to add water when necessary to fully cover the can. Allow to cool for 15-20 minutes before opening with a can opener. Store in a tightly sealed jar for 2-3 weeks in the refrigerator.
