S’mores Pizza

Last week two of my friends, Manny and Sam, came over to study math with me for the big math final the next day. Before they came, I made some pizza dough so that we could make pizza for lunch. After we ate the yummy pizza, we had some leftover dough and used it to make a S’mores Pizza for dessert. We had all the ingredients for it in the pantry so it was perfect! I have alway loved s’mores and consider pizza one of my favorite foods so I was excited to try this different dessert. After my first bite, I knew this is a combination was made in heaven!

I also knew I had to share this recipe with you because it is an amazing 4 ingredient dessert! Not only does this S’mores Pizza only require 4 ingredients, they are all ingredients you can have readily available in your pantry and freezer to make at any time. For me, S’mores reminds me of me of standing around a campfire in the summer. For this reason, I thought it was the perfect way to kick this season off. Now that school is over, I will be in the kitchen much more so stay tuned for many more amazing recipes!
