Hi! I've been getting a lot of questions about why Hi! I've been getting a lot of questions about why I haven't been posting as much on my socials and, more specifically, why I haven't been doing any of my usual recipe content. Great questions!

Even though it looks like your boy has been slacking lately 😂, I've actually been working as hard as ever! Just the things I have been working on I haven't been able to show you yet. Behind the scenes, A LOT has been going on that I can't wait for you to find out about very soon. Even though this saying is annoying to hear, it's true that "good things come to those that wait" and I PROMISE it's worth it! These past few months have been so fulfilling, creatively exhilarating, and have filled me with so much excitement for when you will see it all.

Now that I have wrapped up some big projects that were taking all my time, I am super excited to announce that starting in the first week of May I will be back in full force with my usual (plus more!) content! I have an editorial recipe calendar that I am incredibly proud of and confident you will enjoy watching and cooking. On top of food content, I can't wait for all the other fun videos and content about life in the city and everything I'm up to on the daily!

Thank you so much for your patience and support! I do have some awesome videos and recipes I'm releasing this month meanwhile!

Can't wait for everything to come!
My favorite thing about making focaccia pizza (bes My favorite thing about making focaccia pizza (besides eating it, of course) is that I can clean as I cook using #DawnPowerwashDishSpray. While my pizza is baking in the oven, I easily clean the pan I made the sauce in with a little #SprayWipeRinse action. And with the spray-activated suds, there’s no soaking needed. The only thing as great as pizza is having the dishes done before I even start eating! Link in bio to check out @dawndishwash! #DawnPartner
Citrus season is coming to an end, so, you already Citrus season is coming to an end, so, you already know, I had to squeeze in one more recipe before it’s officially over. Citrus Pavlova with Grapefruit Curd is a celebration of the best flavors, textures, aromas citrus has to offer. You can find the full written recipe on EitanBernath.com!

The grapefruit curd is the real star of the show. It’s the perfect blend of sweet, tangy, and bitter, and its cuts through the sweetness of the other ingredients beautifully. A bite with each element is a complete journey in textures: crisp meringue, soft whipped cream, tangy curd, and a burst of fresh fruit.
